- Eligibility for Refunds
We offer full refunds for products that meet the following criteria:
- The product was purchased directly from The Pixel Hub.
- The product is in new condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The customer provides a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Items retuned in used condition are subject to a restocking fee depending on the conditon of the item.
Items returned in damaged condtion can have a restocking fee of up 100% or can be denied.
Please note that certain products may have specific eligibility criteria for refunds due to their nature or licensing restrictions. Such criteria will be clearly mentioned on the product page or communicated to you during the purchase process.
- Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you within 2 business days. We may require additional information or clarification to process your refund.
- If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- Returns returned in used and open condtion can be subject to a restocking fee.
- If the product passes inspection, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take 4 days for the refund to be processed and for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Downloadable digital products, such as software licenses or digital media.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately via email. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
